Udhampur, Feb 5: A formal welcome was extended to Swarna Bhougal (Asstt. Prof. of Pol. Science as well as NSS Programme Officer of Govt. College for Women, Udhampur, for her successful participation in Republic Day Parade Camp 2019, held in New Delhi.
It is a matter of great pride for the College that Swarna Bhougal was selected for the Republic Day Parade Camp as a contingent Leader to represent three states viz. Jammu and Kashmir, Harayan and Delhi( UT). This is for the first time that a NSS Programme Officer from Jammu and Kashmir has been selected as Contigent Leader in any RD Parade Camp.
Principal of College Dr. Chander Shekhar and other staff members as well as students congratulated Swarna Bhougal for being a part of RDPC, 2019 and set an example and bringing laurels to the College. He further exhorted the faculty members to follow her example as she would continue to inspire them to achieve excellence in their respective domains also. |
