JAMMU, Feb 14: J&K Grameen Bank organized eight financial literacy awareness programmes in a day on the theme towards creating Digital Banking among unbanked villages.
The camps were organized in the villages Drugmulla, Natnussa, Botingoo, Duroo, Jourian, Maira, Chandilora & Dobiwan under the Districts Kupwara, Baramulla, Jammu & Bandipora.
The programmes were aimed to create financial awareness among the population of remote villages. The participation in these programmes is in hundreds. The staff teams of all these Branches solved the queries of the unbanked people and provided them the comprehensive financial solutions related to deposits, loans and other services like internet, mobile banking.
