Abhinav Sharma hails reservation for border youth in jobs | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 14: Advocate Abhinav Sharma has hailed the decision of the state government to grant reservation in employment to the youth residing near International Border. Addressing a press conference here today, Abhinav Sharma said that the long pending demand of people living on and near the international Border in Kathua, Samba, Jammu and other districts of Jammu Province for reservation in employment on the pattern of LoC reservation has been acceded to by the government and for this the residents of these districts more particularly residents of Marh Assembly Constituency of Jammu District are highly excited and are grateful to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Minister of State in the Prime Minister's Office, Dr Jitendra Singh. Sharma also hailed the present administration of the Governor for acceding to another long pending demand of the people of assembly constituency Marh for opening a Degree College in the Constituency. The people of Marh Assembly Constituency are also grateful to the State and Central Govt. for this gesture, he added. |
