Supreme sacrifice of Jawans will not go waste: Sham Lal | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 14: Former Minister and Congress leader Sham Lal Sharma today condemn the cowardice incident which took place at Lethpura today afternoon resultantly more than 44 Brave CRPF personnel attained martyrdom and number of force personnel sustained major injuries. Describing the incident as an act of cowardice, he said that sacrifices of jawans will not go waste and like past the perpetrator will be hunted down. He said that it is high time to give a befitting reply to Pakistan. All political parties especially Kashmir centric parties should raise above party politics and give whole hearted support to the government for any operation against Pakistan. This is time to be united and Kashmir centric parties should come under one umbrella for the national cause. He said that swift action should be taken against Pakistan so that the country men particularly the security forces may not be demoralized. Sharma said that this tragedy should be taken as national tragedy and their supreme sacrifice shouldn't go waste. "My heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and may God grant peace to departed souls and also wish speedy recovery to injured personnel." Sham said. He further urge upon both the Central and State Govt. to take strong measures to curb the terrorism which is raising it's ugly head every now and then. |
