If US can hunt, kill Osama, why can't India eliminate Masood Azhar | After giving free hand to terror groups, Pak demands proof | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 18: Despite Pakistan based terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammad claiming the responsibility for Pulwama terror attack, the neigbouring country continues to remain in denial mode. Security Forces on Monday achieved a big success by killing two Pakistani JeM terrorists and a local terrorist. The slain terrorists, included Kamran, considered to be the mastermind behind the Pulwama attack. "The local suicide bomber Adil Ahmed Dar, who rammed the explosive laden car into the CRPF convoy, was just a diver. The attack was plotted by Kamran and his other accomplice. Both were killed in an encounter at Pinglena Pulwama today. They had local support also and security forces would soon nab their sympathizers also," claimed a source. He said that Kamran had mostly probably infiltrated into Kashmir in 2017 and he was assigned the job to avenge the killings of two nephews of JeM chief Masood Azhar. Both his nephews were gunned down by the security forces in 2018. "Soon after Imran Khan became the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Masood Azhar had asked him to lift the curbs on the activities of terror groups in Pakistan just for six months and he would prove to him what terrorists can do in Kashmir," the source added. He said that since the day Imran Khan has taken over the reins of Pakistan terror groups have been given a free hand as all the curbs on their activities have been lifted. "It has been proven beyond doubt that Pulwama terror attack was carried out at the behest of Pakistan and Pakistani nationals were directly involved in it. All the leads and evidences are pointing towards the involvement of Pakistan. Despite that foreign minister of that country is demanding proof. What a shame?" said an analyst. He said that "instead of providing any proof to Pakistan, India should launch a counter offensive by tracking down Masood Azhar. We cannot expect Pakistan to handover the dreaded terrorist to us in a platter. We will have to get him on our own. If the army of United States can enter Pakistan and hunt Osama Bin Laden, why can't we do the same?," he asked. An observer said that India reserves its right to defend itself and mere statements are not enough to avenge the massacre of 40 CRPF jawans. "We can avenge these killings by destroying terror camps and the bases of terrorists in Pakistan. Our Army is much more superior than Pakistan army, which has tasted defeat on many occasions. Time has come to take decisive action. This time entire world is supporting India and the Indians are demanding stern action against Pakistan," he added. |
