Jammu, Mar 8: In a petition filed by Jammu Education Society seeking direction to VC University Jammu to implement the order dated 04.07.2014 passed by the 'committee against sexual harassment' (cash) against Professor Kulwant and also writ of mandamus thereby directing the respondents no. 2 & 3 to remove him from all the academic positions in accordance with the UGC rules also seeking direction to university Jammu to implement the minutes of 80th meeting of the university council, Justice Rashid Ali Dar after hearing Adv Anchit H Sharma for the petitioners observed that having regard to the grievances projected in the petition, it appears to be Public Interest Litigation and directed Registry to submit the same before the Chief Justice for orders. |
