AAP terms Governor' statement immature, biased | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 8: Main stream parties behaving like separatists, Governor Malik's statement published in today's news papers is quite immature & biased, expressed by S. Deep Singh the founder member & national council member-AAP at Jammu today. After almost dubbing himself as BJP man, how Malik blames main stream parties as separatists? Is quite amazing, he added. Despite Aam Aadmi Party's request letter & two reminders mailed to Rajbhawan with a copy to Div. Com & Deputy commissioner for a meeting appointment during September to December 2018, we failed to get any response, Deep Singh alleged. Like others, we were also quite happy rather encouraged to observe the daring statements of Governor Malik during his beginning days related to recruitment bungling in J&K bank and corrupt practice in civil secretariat working etc. but on the other hand, certain unwanted exposures related to his administration including nomination of some tainted faces against constitutional posts, was quite demoralizing for the state, he added. As a responsible political party, we were keen to suggest some constructive ideas to Governor Malik but sorry to say, he and his administrative heads were found biased always and if even then Governor Malik will slap allegations against main stream political parties, we have a right to object, Deep Singh expressed. Malik is sitting on a constitutional chair and we shall appeal him to behave open mindedly with all in the larger interests of state, he concluded. |
