| Grenade attack; Accused sent to observation home | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 11: In the recent grenade attack on Jammu bus stand in which 2 persons died and 30 others were injured, accused Yasir Javed Butt @ Chotu code Arhan s/o Javeed Ahmed Butt was produced before Juvenile Justice Board.
Juvenile Justice Board observed that DYSP Jaswant Singh SDPO has moved an application, for further remanding the juvenile in Observation Home R.S Pura Jammu for a period of 10 days.
Juvenile Justice Board after going through the application and perusal of the CD file observed that keeping in view the nature of the allegations and the stage of investigation, Juvenile present in the board is sent to observations Home RS Pura for a period of 3 days and also directed IO to expedite the investigation. |
