Poonch, Mar 11: With the Water Supply Dhara-Fatehpur going defunct, the people from Dhara, Fatehpur, Danna Dhakran, Moharban and surrounding areas are without water. It is pertinent to mention that the scheme was started in 2006-07, was closed in 2014-15. The scheme has 6 stages and a base stage Thandibani, Fatehpur lower, Fatehpur upper, Danna Dhakran, Thapla ans Moharban which are still nonfunctional and department is not paying heed. |
