Jammu, Mar 11: Ashwani Gupta the Working President and Rakesh Kak the General Secretary of Shiv Sena appreciated the decision of Election Commission of India to hold the Parliament Election in J&K also. He further said it is the elected representative only who can fulfill the demands of his constituency for over all developments. Shiv Sean is of the opinion that the state election should also be held soon for the betterment of the public of Jammu. Rakesh Kak the General Secretary of Shiv Sena said the Election Commission of India should also make the arrangement for the state assembly as soon as possible. He further added that there is some law and order problem in valley only, is confined to just 15 % of the total population of the state and only 11% of the areas of the J&K state.
