| Bovine smuggling bid foiled, animals rescued; vehicle seized | | | Early Times Report
Kathua, Mar 11: In continuation to strict measures to thwart conspiracies of bovine smugglers, SI Vishal-Incharge Police Post Hatli succeeded in foiling bovine smuggling bid and rescued 5 bovine animals.
Police spokesman said that police team in the wee hours during checking at NHW Kharote morh seized one Mahindra Tata mobile bearing registration number PB35Q-8230 coming from Punjab and illegally carrying bovine animals.
In this process police saved 5 bovine animals and seized the vehicle.
Police registered a case under relevant sections of Law while further investigation into the case is going on. |
