Jammu, Mar 15: Two day 6th National Conference and Exhibition on "Emerging and Innovative Trends in Engineering Technology" (NCEEITET) commenced today, orrganized by GCET in collaboration with IIT Kharagpur at Chak Bhalwal, Jammu. Talat Parvez Rohella, Secretary Higher Education Department, J&K Government was the Chief Guest. M.S Babu, MD CVPP, Jammu and R.V.S Khushwaha, Executive Director, PGCIL, Jammu were the Guest of Honour.
Chief Guest, Talat Parvez Rohella appreciated the initiatives in the form of this conference taken by the institution in collaboration with IIT Kharagpur in order to give updated exposure to the engineering students about the evolving new technologies and their industrial impact.

Pathak, IIT Kharagpur the organizing chairperson of 6th NCEEITET while addressing the audience on the occasion emphasized on the role of engineers to tap their potential as the young aspiring technocrats to utilize the available resources for the betterment of the nation and thereby boosting the economy of the country. |
