Kathua, Mar 15: Nehru Yuva Kendra, Kathua has selected Logate to develop it with the help of village Panchayat, youth and village community as a model village to implement the plan of "Yuva Adarsh Gram Vikas Karyakaram".
In continuation the process of Youth Development of Youth of village Logate under Yuva Adarsh Gram Vikas Karyakaram, NYK Kathua has organized 2nd workshop on self-employment and Income Generation on 15.3.2019. The workshop was inaugurated by Kamal Dev Bhagat, Deputy Superintendent of Police as Chief Guest and in his address, he stressed upon youth be aware and active to understand the present scenario of Employment, challenges, and employment opportunities in different fields and preparing accordingly. He also urged the youth to follow Road Safty rules to avoid the accidents. In the workshop Dr. Amit Sharma Distt. Nodal Officer, JKEDI, Surjeet, councilor from Employment.
, Ashok Kumar Koul and District Lead Bank manager, Vivek Sharma from Himayat Project, Narayan Dass from KVIB, Neha Salaria, from SBI Rural Self Employment Training Institute, etc delivered lecture on Skill Development, Employment, financial assistance provided by the Govt. to unemployed youth under various schemes in the age group from 18th years on onward without any specific education qualification. |
