CTE J&K Chapter organizes Inclusive Lecture | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 15: An inclusive lecture regarding the lesson plans before conducting the class has been delivered by Dr. Jaspal Singh Warwal, President Council for Teacher Education (CTE J&K Chapter) and Prof in Education, Directorate of Distance Education, University of Jammu at Poonch college of Education in Poonch. While discussing the way to improve the interests among the students he laid stress on the uses of audio visual equipments. ''Notwithstanding, the fact that the teachers are the real creator of a nation or a society, I strongly believe that the Cons-tructivist approach of the teacher helps students to perceive the subject in a lot better way,'' he added. Dr. Singh also explained the 5 E for Constructivist lesson which starts from the alphabet Engage, Explore, Explain, Elaborate, Evaluate and plays a very pivotal role in the classroom generally known as 5 E in the New B.Ed. curriculum . During this interactive session the alumni of the college and teachers asked different question on the same subject to Dr. Singh and he replied accordingly. The principal Dr Jameel Ahmed of the college presented vote of thanks and appreciated Dr. Singh to be a part of the knowledgeable session and thanks to Dr Amandeep, Principal, Tariq College of Education, Rajouri. Others who were present in the session were the members of the management of the college who also thanks Dr. Singh's for his comprehensive lecture on the subject and to satisfy the queries of the students and faculty members. |
