 REASI, Mar 15: As a part of FMD-CP campaign, Animal Husbandry Department, Reasi today organized a Silent road show/march of field workers involved in FMD vaccination and sample collection programme alongwith progressive women dairy farmer prominently from Talwara, Pouni and Kanjali. The workers carrying various banners depicting prevention & control of FMD in animals from veterinary Hospital Reasi and passed through the main bazaar where Tehsildar, Reasi Mirza Mumtaz showed the Green flag and culminated at District complex. Veterinary oath "SHAPATHH'' was taken by all the members of Rally & given by Tehsildar Reasi. Later, Chief Animal Husbandry Officer ,Reasi Dr. Ramesh Razdan exhorted the field staff to gear up and help in eradicating the menace of FMD; and thanked one and all for full support, especially the media. |
