Barnoti, Mar 24: A grand graduation ceremony was held at Kartar Public School for the students of Sr. KG on Sunday morning. The tiny tots presented impressive dance performances.
The occasion was graced by Surinder Kaur, Tehsildar, Hiranagar, Dr. Arvinder Singh Amn, Additional Secretary, J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages, Sarpanches of adjoining areas, the patrons of the school, S. Ranjit Singh and Sdr. Ranjit Kaur and other dignitaries.
Er. Nirmaljit Singh, Chairman of KPS and Harpreet Kaur, Secretary-cum-Principal of KPS received the guests and apprised them of the achievements of the school. The Chief Guest congratulated the tiny tots who will be entering the formal school system. She also stressed the importance of early childhood education in grooming the personality of children.
The graduation ceremony coincided with the FUN FAIR camp organized in the same premises. A number of game stalls, magic show, toy train, boat rides, air toys, food stalls, animal rides, Selfie and tattoo stalls were organized to entertain children. Visitors and children had a wonderful experience.
Er. Nirmaljit Singh thanked the patrons and the dignitaries as well as the parents for their encouragement and motivation. He said his vision is to make KPS an ideal school of global standards and infrastructure. |
