Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 25: In a letter written by a student seeking ban of PUBG game, which was treated as Public Interest Litigation, a Division Bench of State High Court Comprising Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur and Justice Sindhu Sharma directed respondents to file response within two weeks. In the letter it is further submitted that at this young age they don't realize the ill effects of the playing game for hours together at a stretch. Because addiction to mobile they are finding less time even for outdoor games. Earlier there had been certain games which the young generation was addicted to play, which resulted in even casualties. It is further submitted that Supreme Court of India had to intervene to press upon the Govt of India to block availability of certain contents on web which was not good for the society as such, especially for children. |
