Absconder arrested by police 4/1/2019 9:49:41 PM Early Times Report RAJOURI, April 1: Police in Rajouri district on Monday arrested an absconder who was wanted in a case of narcotics peddling. Accused has been identified as Reshpual Singh son of Munshi Singh resident of Hubbi Kotranka.He was wanted in Case FIR No 19/2018 under sections 8/15/29 NDPS Act of Police Station Kandi but was evading his arrest from last around one year.
