| KC College of Education Organized Yoga Camp | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 15: K.C. College of Education organized "Two day Yoga Camp" in the college premises on 12th & 15th April, 2019.
This was in continuation of seven day camp under the theme "Be Brave to Save Others & Yourself" which started in the college on 8th of April. In this yoga camp about 60 NSS volunteers along with faculty members participated with zeal and enthusiasm. On this occasion Simmi Trehan, the yoga Instructor, highlighted the importance of yoga in the present day life worsened by unhealthy food habits. She gave demonstration on meditation which was followed by "Kapal Bhati" and "Bhramari". Principal, Dr. Sanjay Tickoo appreciated the efforts taken by NSS unit of this college and directed the students to spread an awareness message among the people of the locality about the importance of yoga. At the end Priya Gupta, NSS Programme Officer presented vote of thanks. Fruits were served to all the participating students. |
