| SIP School organizes 'Poster Making Competition' | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 22: An interclass poster making competition on 'Save Earth' was organised in Stephens International Public School, Miran Sahib. Students from classes VI to X portrayed their perceptions on paper about saving the planet earth from pollution and other damages. Also the uniqueness of the planet was showcased through variations of colours. Creative slogans over the posters aptly complemented the message 'Save Earth'. Dean Academics Rama Jamwal emphasized over the need to generate awareness regarding the blue planet among students through various art forms at regular intervals. She also lauded the efforts of the teaching fraternity in sensitizing the young learners towards the environment and the surroundings. Satvinder Saini, the Director of the school, gave away certificates to the winners. She was overwhelmed to see the passion of the participants. The Headmistress, Shweta Bakshi and Activity In charge Mamta Saroch were commended for their contribution in conducting the "earth Day Celebrations" in such a vibrant and meticulous manner. |
