| JMC organizes awareness programme on solid waste management | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 25: An awareness programme was organized by Jammu Municipal Corporation on solid waste management in collaboration with Govt. Girls Higher Secodary School, Mubarakh Mandi.
Principal GGH Sec. School, Choudhary Razia presided over the function and welcomed the guests. Nodal officer, Dr. Zaffar delivered lecture on solid waste management and educated the students regarding the organic and inorganic material generated in home.
He further said any person who prepare compost in home will be suitable awarded by Mayor of JMC and stressed the students to do work in this field and get award.
Nukkad team has shown a remarkable art to the participates by the sweet singing steps. They inspired the students with slogans favouring to prepare compost from domestic waste. |
