Night curfew hours reviewed, people ask to print mobile contacts on vehicles | | | Asif Iqbal Naik Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 25: A day after Early Times carried a detailed story on the plights of business community and transporters due to continuous Curfew and prevailing situation, the administration today review the night curfew hours and decided to continue with night Curfew in Kishtwar town and its peripheral areas from 10 PM to 4 AM which was earlier from 8 PM to 5 AM. Meanwhile the Kishtwar police had asked the vehicle owners, both commercial and personal to print the Mobile contact number on front or back mirror of the vehicles to avoid any action. The an ouncement with regard to printing of mobile contacts on the mirrors of the vehicles were made from Police can warn the people that in case they fail to compliance the directions within 10 days, all the vehicles who fail to print the Mobile contacts on their vehicles, the same vehicle will be seized. This steps has been taken by the police following the killing of RSS leader Chanderkant Sharma and his PSO inside District Hospital Kishtwar on 9-4-2019 and the killers after committing the crime manage to escape in a vehicle later seized by Kishtwar police from the outskirts of Kishtwar town. |
