| SSP Kathua emphasize for eradication of drug abuse | | |  Jammu, Apr 25: Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Kathua Shridhar Patil today said that it was the responsibility of all stakeholders to work together and eradicate the growing menace of drug-addiction.
SSP said that besides its professional duties JKP have been working for drug de-addiction and such centre has already been operational at Police Control Room Srinagar." Hundreds of youth have been treated in the centre by the doctors enabling to give up the dreadful consumption and join their normal life. Patil stressed for joint efforts by all stakeholders to overcome the menace and save the youngsters from drug consumption, which also leads to other evils and crimes. |
