| RHS students excel at yoga competition | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, May 1: Rich Harvest School (RHS) students today participated in interschool district level competition organized by the department of youth and sports at Little Angel Academy Vijaypur.
In the under 14 girls category Nitika, Shavi and Rahi, under 14 boys- Mridul and Tanish, in the under 17 boys category - Vinayak, Maheshwar, Tanish and Agat, under 17 girls - Nilakshi were selected to compete art District Division level.
The children had mastered various asans during rigorous training sessions under the expertise of their coach Neelam. The Principal Anita Bhatia felicitated the yogis in the morning assembly and urged all children to make yoga part of their daily routine for a healthy body and mind. |
