| WSGNN demands repair of lanes, drains, roads | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, May 5: Welfare Society Guru Nanak Nagar Jammu today urged upon the Jammu Municipal Corporation and PWD to give their proper attention towards the lanes and sub-lanes of Guru Nanak Nagar Jammu which requires urgent repair, relaying of fresh black toping and drains. Balwinder Singh Rinku President of the society said that he has received many complaints from the area that after the election of corporators and appointment of new Mayor the development work going on in the area has stopped and if any public work is going on the same is for selective areas giving step motherly treatment to general public and which cannot be expected from the authorities. He also urged the Corporators to lift themselves up from the party politics and to address the genuine problems of the people.
