Doda, May 10: As a part of drive against drug abuse launch by District Police Doda, Police team of PP Bhalla led by SI Mukesh Sharma under the directions of Inspr. Munir Ahmed khan SHO Bhaderwah and Iftkhar Ahmed SDPO Bhaderwah arrested one person Nazir Ahmed S/o Abdul Rehman Mir R/o Bashla tehsil Bhalla district Doda and recovered 330 intoxicating tablets of tramadol and clonazepam from his possession. Arrests were made under the Supervision of Raj Singh Goria ASP Bhaderwah and on the directions of Shabir Ahmed Malik SSP Doda. It is pertinent to mention that Bhaderwah Police Is committed to eradicate the menace of Drug Abuse from Bhaderwah, and in this regards notorious drug peddlers are being booked under Preventive detention and lodged in Jail, Moreover people has also been made aware about Drug Abuse through Police-Public meetings, and Lectures are also being delivered in School and Colleges.. Bhaderwah Police seeks cooperation from all the section of the Society to curb the menace of Drug Abuse. |
