| JKLADCSA urges Governor to take action against CEO Udhampur | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, May 25: Jammu Kashmir Ladakh All Departments Clerical Staff Association (Ministerial Federation) sought attention of Governor, Advisor School Education, Commissioner Secretary School Education and Director School Education Jammu towards the protest of Clerical Association of School Education Department of Udhampur District where Chief Education Officer Udhampur had make "Gunda Raj" by violating directions of the Higher Authorities and playing with the future of the thousands students by attaching blue eyed Teachers/ Masters in office's, which not only creates uncertainty in the district but also provokes clerical cadre to lodge strong protest for implementation of Government Orders in true and sprit manner. The association had showed great resentment upon the callous attitude of Chief Education Officer Udhampur towards his dictator ship in the district which creates unnecessary panic among general masses as well as obnoxious situation in school education department of Udhampur District in particular.
The association invited the attentions of the Governor towards the Circular No 22 of 2018 dated 06.07.2018 where under it has been incited as "That employee presently on attachment with their respective or other departments or offices shall be repatriated to their parent department / organization with immediate effect. "Anybody who fails to join, his parent department/organization of detachment his salary shall be stopped from the month of July 2018 by the concerned DDO. Failing which the concerned DDO will be held responsible ". |
