| KPS organizes grandparents day | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, May 25: Kartar Public School organized grandparents day Barnoti Kathua.
Patrons of Kartar Educational Trust Sardarni and Sardar Ranjit Singh were the chief guest. The tiny lots of the School started the function by welcoming their grandparents with tilak and flowers children also presented beautiful handmade tags to their grandparents.
Appropriate music and enthusiastic grandparent grandchild combinations made these events runaway hits with all those present. Some grandparents also express their views they also thanked the school authorities for organizing such a wonderful programme in their honour.
Speaking on the occasion Principal Harpreet Kour said that it is important to sensitize kids about the role of grandparents in one's life and teach them about respecting & taking care of them in their old age. Kps lay emphasis on the emotional bonding of children with their family members and hence this special day was organized to strengthen the bond between kids and their grandparents. |
