Jammu, June 16: A free dental check up and oral health awareness camp was organised by Tooth Healers, Dental Studio opp. Gurudwara Kalgidhar, Rehari Road, Rehari Chungi, Jammu.
Deputy Mayor Adv. Ms Purnima Sharma was the Chief Guest of the programme. She appreciated such initiatives taken by the organisation in the field of physical and mental well being. Guest of Honour, Corporator, Rehari, Dr. Akshay Sharma who is a practicing dentist also put the emphasis on conducting such kind of free health check up programmes. Rajyogini BK Sudarshan Didi, Director Brahma kumaris, J&K, shared her views. Dr. Ankita Gupta enlightened the audience about the proper dental health care. She told that generally people take care of the body but neglect the dental part which is the most important organ of one's body.
Dr. Pulkit Vaid also gave the awareness about the cleanliness of teeth and discussed about the various problems which can be avoided if we take some important precautions.
