Srinagar, June 16: One-way Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) traffic will ply only during night, while Light Motor Vehicles (LMVs) will be allowed on both sides during the day on Srinagar-Jammu national highway, which connects Kashmir valley with the rest of the country. However, HMVs and LMVs will be allowed on the historic Mughal road and Leh Srinagar national highway, with some restrictions during the day.
