Kishtwar, June 17: In order to keep close vigil on the working and functioning of
Educational Institutions in the District and to inculcate the spirit of punctuality among the teachinq staff of Educational institutions, District Development Commissio-ner Kishtwar, Angrez Singh Rana issued and order wherein the Salary of the Teaching Staff of the Educational Institutions shall be drawn subject to the production of the attendance certificate duly signed by at least ten parents (on rotational basis) of the students studying in that particular educational Institutions and duly counter signed by the Sarpanch of the concerned Panchyat while producing the bill to the concerned Treasuries. |
