| Fake transfer orders give sleepless night to DSE Jammu | | 'Mess in Education Department' | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, June 20: The recent fake transfer orders which are in circulation for the last few weeks have given sleepless night to the Directorate of School Education Jammu, which has vindicated that a deep rooted nexus has been operating transfer industry within the department.
The orders which are in circulation and spotted by department have allegedly been shown issued by the Special Secretary to Government Education Department MH Mir, who attained superannuation on 31-05-2019.
According to the departmental sources, the orders which have been found in circulation were issued with dates 07-06-2019 and 04-06-2019 but the fact of the matter is that the officer under whose seal and signatures, the said orders have been issued has attained superannuation on 31-05-2019.
The issue of fake transfer orders spread like wildfire in the department, thereby the Director School Education Jammu Anuradha Gupta issued notice to all the Chief Education Officers of region. The order (No. DSEJ/Gen/20480-91 dated 19-06-2016) reads: This office has come across number of fake transfer orders apparently been endorsed under the seal and signature of M H Mir (KAS) Special Secretary to Government School Education Department, with dates 07-06-2019 and 04-06-2019. But the fact the matter is that the officer under whose seal and signatures, the said orders have been endorsed has attained superannuation on 31-05-2019. Further, it is impressed upon all DDO's of their respective districts to remain vigilant, extra careful and ensure that no such order which has not been officially received be implemented in their respective districts and if any such order is found, then information be shared immediately with this Directorate. |
