Anantnag, June 23 Anantnag Working Journalists Association (AWJA) on Sunday elected Vice-President, Treasurer and Spokesman through secret ballot process.
The Elections were conducted in a free and fair manner under the chairmanship of President Tasaduq Rashid at Dak Banglow Khanabal. General Secretary Fida Hussain and other senior members extended every possible support in conducting elections and framing the executive body of Association.
Saahil Suhail was elected as Vice President, Rouf Wani was elected as Spokesperson and Shah Hilal was elected as treasurer of the Association.
It was impressed upon all members and working journalists to work under one umbrella to uphold and maintain the sanity of the Association.
