Poppy straw recovered, one arrested 7/17/2019 10:49:00 PM Early Times Report POONCH, July 17: Continuing its efforts to eradicate the menace of drugs, Police arrested one person and recovered Poppy straw on Mughal road. A joint naka was established by Police led by IC PP Behramgalla and Romeo force on Mughal Road. During frisking, they recovered 28 kg of Poppy Straw and arrested the accused namely Kulbinder Singh son of Kashmir Singh resident of Ganga Nagar Punjab who was driving a vehicle bearing Reg.no PB04A-7136.Accordingly, the vehicle was also seized.
