| 3 Gamblers apprehended | | | Early Times Report
Reasi, July 20: In a raid conducted as part of a stepped up vigil against gambling, Reasi Police arrested 3 gamblers and reovered playing cards.
On a specific information Katra Police raided at Banganga near Geeta Mandir and apprehended Gamblers namely Surinder Kumar son of Ramji Dass resident of Rani Bagh Delhi at present Dabha Morh Banganga, Krishan Lal son of Vijay Ram resdient of Salal District Reasi and Mushtaq Mohd son of Nazir Mohd resident of Dansal Tehsil and District Jammu and recovered playing cards with stake money of cash Rs. 9900/- from the possession of above said Gamblers.
A complaint under 13 Gambling Act booked in Police Station Katra. The recovery has been made by Inspr. Pardeep Gupta SHO P/S Katra assisted by SI Varinder Singh I/C PP Banganga under the supervision of SDPO Katra Vivek Shekhar-KPS, Addl. SP Katra Naresh Singh-KPS, SSP Reasi Nisha Nathyal-KPS. |
