SAMBA, July 20: The agents system is rampant in ARTO office Samba, with the authorities concerned looking the other way.
According to sources, many unauthorized agents are operating in the ARTO office Samba, but the authorities concerned have failed to taken strict action against them.
"Dozens of unauthorized agents are working in the ARTO office. Also, one unauthorized agent is working inside the office. The ARTO Samba is aware of the issue, but instead of taking action against the agent, he openly gives shelter to the agent who sits in the ARTO's personal office," said sources.
They said that when the ARTO is unable to operate the online portal of MVD site, he seeks the help of the said agent who continues to operate the personal account of ARTO.
"The said agent is also feeding the files in the account of ARTO," said sources, claiming that last month the photo of the agent went viral on social networking sites when he was sitting in the office of the ARTO and operating the computer in front of the ARTO.
"Dozens of files are lying on the ARTO's table for last many days and waiting for final approval, but she has deliberately kept the files pending," said sources.
