Jammu, July 25: Sandhya Gupta , founder of 'Women Club, Meri Pehchaan' recently visited Drass, Kargil, the place where the Kargil war took place to pay homage to our Veer Jawans who fought bravely for our nation. She recently attended a homage ceremony of Martyr Lt. Puneet Nath Dutt (29th April 1973- 20th July, 1997) at 9.30 am Defence colony, Delhi and evening program at 6.30 pm at Chinmaya Misson. The programme was organised by Vikas Manhas, for remembering Ashok Chakra awarded, Lt. Puneet Nath Dutt, his mother, Anita Dutt and sister, Divya Dutt were also present for the same. Sandhya Gupta has always stepped forward for the Indian army, she stated that we the citizens of our country are living at peace and are relaxed coz of the brave army jawans guarding our nation. She also appeals to the people of our country to remember these brave martyrs, and pay homage who showed the courage to give away their lives for our country India. These brave hearts should be respected and honoured by each and every human being living and breathing peacefully in our nation. |
