Everyone should welcome Abrogation of Art 370, 35-A: MPEJ | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 8: The members of Movement for Peace, Equality and Justice, Ram Singh Chauhan and Kuldeep Kumar Rao have strongly welcomed the bold and historical step of re-writing the history by scrapping Art.370 & 35-A and making several other laws applicable to the newly carved state of Jammu and Kashmir which are for the welfare of its citizens. It is also soothing not irritating, that we have now, all over India, One Vidhan, One Nishan and One Pardhan spreading a sense of oneness and complete integration of whole country and every Nationalist should welcome of the Abrogation of Art. 370 irrespective of political affiliation or religion or region. They elaborated that with the abrogation of so called bridge Article, clear message gone to the stone pelters, anti-nationals, Pak sympathizers, vested interests, black mailing elements who simply ground their own axe at the cost of National interests & the lives of poor valley people. How heartening was the scene when so called azadi seekers used to kick our Army personnel's, in uniform with weapons in their hands, on their back who could not retaliate for fear of human rights violations! They said and added that it was the appropriate time to strike entirely in National interest. They further said that all traditional Political Parties calling themselves as stake holders, squarely misguided the youth of the valley to enhance their political interests at the cost of the lives of the poor valley people & all round development of the poor people of the state. They allowed burning of School buildings in the valley & sent their own wards out of State & Country for higher education. They did not care about the house damages in encounters as they constructed bungalows in posh cities of the country out of terror funding money. The duo further said that" so far so good" but reducing Jammu Kashmir as miniscule Union Territory is some heartening. Great bias, discrimination & step motherly treatment in respect of allotment of funds, employment etc still remains of bold question mark before the Jammuites, even if the Union Home Minister has assured on the floor of Parliament that state status will be restored in due course of time. |
