| AIBCU accuses Congress, NC for exploiting OBCs | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 8: All India Backward Classes Union accused Abdullah Family, Gulam Nabi Azad and Congress who sucked the blood of the state poor people in general and OBCs in particular under the garb of art 370 ,must now tell the people that how art 370 was an obstacle for the implementation of Apex Court's judgment on mandal of 1992. These leaders who ruled the state and ruined the majority population of the state and left them for starvation. Jk state has 70% muslim population and among Muslims, more than 50% are Muslim OBCS including Hindu OBC population, the OBC population in JK state goes above 60% but these Muslim leaders never cared for the constitutional rights of the state obcs and stopped with 2% quota which never matures. Instead, granted unconstitutional rba reservation @20%which went to upper caste Muslim only , besides 3%alc which was again and area reservation .this diversion was done only to keep themselves state Obcs high and dry. These so called rulers even did not implement state's own constitution and never gave due representation to the upper house by way of art 50 sub section 6 this rule could not see the light of day since independence. |
