Jammu, Aug 26: J&K United School Teachers Association (USTA) has criticized the lack of coordination between chief Education Officer Jammu and Director School Education Jammu as all the transfer orders issued by CEO have been kept under abeyance. According to press release, president Hari Singh lamented the lack of co-ordination between Chief Education Officer and Director School Education Jammu on a sensitive matter which rendered the entire transfer process as stand still. USTA expressed its concern that in this process teachers working in a particularly on odd & far flung areas has been deprived of their rights of convenient postings even after completing their tenurein such places with this single stroke of pen. USTA strongly called for with drawl of "kept in abeyance" of the order of the Director School Education to make the transfer process transparent and in consonance with the transfer norms, if any, even if these exists in papers only. Other who were present in the meeting includes Rajiv Kumar, Pardeep Singh, Raj Kumar, Roop Chand , Sunil Thappa , Zulfkar Ali Malik,Angadh Singh and Madhan Singh. |
