NGO, Muskan Charitable Trust announces 8th edition of talent show | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 26: NGO, Muskan Charitable Trust is all set to organize 8th edition of talent hunt show for differently enabled kids from all over the country. In a programme held today in Jammu, Sandeep Mehra, Chairman of Trust today appealed all the parents to ensure the participation of their differently enabled kids in the show at Katra 24th October 2019 saying that due to no mobile connectivity in other parts of state, it has become difficult to communicate to such families for participation in the show. Muskan trust is an initiative towards the talent upliftment of differently enabled kids. Today, Muskan Trust runs multiple events all over the country to spread smiles across the differently abled kids by providing them a platform to up-bring their skills. Mehra speaking on the occasion said that CEO Shrine Board, Simrandeep Singh has assured all help to the programme for the overall development of the blind children. He said that initially, the Right to Disability Act did not consider deaf blindness as a disability. Disability inclusion is the new thing in mainstream schools, hotels and, tourist places too are becoming accessible to persons with disabilities. Muskan Foundation, in its own little way, is trying to create awareness in the society-at times through planned events like our awareness programs and otherwise, incidentally. |
