Jammu, Aug 26: A plantation program was conducted at SOS Hermann Gmeiner School Jammu in which the department of Social forestry Range Jammu provided the plants for the plantation. The program was started by Abhijeet Joshi (DFO) and Ramesh Kumar Dhar (Principal) by planting saplings. Later on all the students along with Activity In-charge Nidhi Chaudhary planted different kind of plants in the school premises such as Medical, Herbal, Fruits etc., with great enthusiasm with the motto "GO GREEN" concept and SAVE EARTH by planting TREES . All the students and staff members promised to take care of these plants. |
