Jammu, Sept 7: Devansh Bhalla (XI-A) of Delhi Public School, Jammu brought laurels to the school and his parents by qualifying National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) final examination-2019 by scoring 83 in Mental Aptitude Test (MAT) and 56 in Scholarship Aptitude Test (SAT).
