Jammu, Oct 5: Chief National Commissioner ( CNC) Bharat Scouts & Guides Dr. K.K. Khandelwal, along with Samir Kumar & Subhash Panghal visited Lawrence Public School & appreciated students who recieved this years Rajya Puraskar from Honourable Governor of J&K Satya Pal Malik.
On the arrival the scouts & guides students presented the guard of honour to the Chief Guest Dr. K.K. Khandelwal Guest of Honour Samir Kumar , Special Guest Subhash Panghal & Chairman Lawrence Public School Wg Cdr M.M Joshi.
The Chairman of the school along with the distinguished guests lighted the tradition lamp.
The students of the school presented a cultural program in front of the guests followed by presentation of Awards of Honour by the Chief National Commissioner Bharat Scouts & Guides Dr. K.K. Khandelwal I.A.S to the meritorious scouts & guides students. Appreciating the students the Chief National Commissioner Bharat Scouts & Guides lauded the efforts of the scouts leaders & captains while emphasising upon more participation of scouts & guides from J&K in National & International Jamboree's held across the world.
The students who recieved the Award of Honour included Pulk Jain, Devansh Singh, Sumit Kumar, Akhil Bakshi, Kartik Balouria, Mohd. Samee, Mohd.Owais Wani, Sahil Wazer, Shourya Puri, Shingar Singh, Ashish Jha, Vasu Sharma, Sumit Verma, Sukhdev Singh, Abbu Turrab, Hamid khan, Nitika Balouria, The program concluded with the presentation of vote of thanks by Shivani Joshi Head Mistress of the school. |
