Muslim men leads Dussehra's Musical band in Kishtwar

Kishtwar, Oct 8: Setting an example of brotherhood and communal harmony, the group of Muslim men today lead the Dussehra procession that passes from the old town of Kishtwar District and perform in the form of the Music, beside also lead the drum beating.
As per the details available with "Early Times" the Muslim men today beat the drums and band flute leading at the forefront of the annual Dussehra procession that cumulates at historic Chowghan ground Kishtwar mark the defeat of evil forces.
Speaking to "Early Times" DC Kishtwar Angrez Singh Rana hails the bond of communal harmony and brotherhood that exists among the people of both the communities added that these traditional practices which was presented by the group of the Musical band by leading at the front is the real picture that highlights the never ending bonds among the people from both the communities leaving together since centuries in Chenab belt. He said that there is need to promote this bond of love among the people of the Chenab valley as well as requested the media persons to cover and promote stories that promote peace, communal harmony and brotherhood.
SSP Kishtwar Dr. Harmeet Singh Mehta and ASP Kishtwar Nasir Khan also expressed their views and urged the people to help the police and administration to maintain peace and communal harmony beside also hail the performance of the Musical Band from Muslim Community who today lead the Dussehra procession at front. They said that hate has no space in today's world added that any person who will tried to destabilize peace and communal harmony in Kishtwar District will be dealt strictly and hope that people of Kishtwar will remain together in mutual love and bonds of communal harmony.
