| Special Yog-Shishak Nirman Shiver organized | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 15: Bharatiya Yog Sansthan, Gole Gujral Jammu organized a special yog Shishak Nirman Shiver for Physical education Lecturers/Masters teachers where 63 oersonnel deputed from Sunderbani and Lower Hathal Zone( Rajuri Distt) participated. All of them shall be rigorously trained as Shikshaks.
According to press release, the Shivir was organized on the request of Director of School Education, Jammu and the 10 days Shiver has commenced today.
Madan Lal, Joint Director, Youth Welfare & Sports Department was the chief Guest at the function. Madan Lal appreciated the role played by Bharatiya Yog Sansthan in promoting and teaching Yoga free of cost to the general public in Jammu and surrounding areas.
He urged the participants to adopt yoga in their daily routine and start imparting yoga in their respective schools as a regular feature. He informed that Govt. intends to start Yog in each and every School and as such requested the President of Yog Sansthan to help the Department in imparting Yog Training to all their Physical Education Personnel.
He thanked Bharatiya Yog Sansthan for organizing this Shiver for The Department free of cost. |
