| Zakura incident probe: people asked to depose at ACR office | | | Early Times Report
SRINAGAR, Nov 1: According to ACR, Srinagar, appointed Inquiry officer, Members of the public in knowledge and willing can record their witness statements about the incident surrounding search-and-encounter operation which took place on 11 January 2016 at Nishat Colony Gasoo Zakura.
Accordingly a notice issued here by Assistant Commissioner Revenue (ACR) Srinagar M. Rouf Rehman who has been appointed as Inquiry Officer for conducting investigation into the incident, the depositions can be made at the office of the Inquiry Officer (ACR Srinagar) located in the DC Office Srinagar complex between 10 am and 4 pm within ten days from the publication of this notice. |
