| SFD employees demand release of pending salary | | |

Rajouri, Nov 15: The casual labour engaged by Social Forestry Department in CAMPA closure in Rajouri has demanded release of their pending salary. Around 41 casual labour (daily wagers) who had been working for the last 7-8 years in the department have not been paid their salary for the last one and half year. They said that earlier they were paid Rs 4500 as their monthly salary later it was enhanced to Rs 6850. They said that they are living miserable life without salary and tried to meet Director SFD in this regard but couldn't. They appealed to LG to take note of the problem. |
