| JKMLA castigates new traffic rules | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 18: J&K Mission Lok Adhikaar (JKMLA) has castigated the new traffic rules, in the garb of which excesses have been committed on the common man.
Dr. Amar Chand Bhagat- Chairman said at one hand there is an atmosphere of un-employment in erstwhile J & K state (now Union Territory) as most of the youth whether educated or un-educated have been rendered un-employed by the successive governments as there is no policy in place for providing jobs to these people. This vulnerable section of the society earn their livelihood by working as drivers as there is no other scope of any private job and the only livelihood for them is driving. |
