J&K Govt orders transfers, postings of one IAS, 29 KAS officers

Jammu, Dec 10: State government on Tuesday ordered transfer and posting of one IAS officer,29 KAS officers.
An order issued by government said Kumar Rajeev Ranjan, IAS Additional Chief Executive Officer, Metropolitan Regulatory Authority, Jammu, holding additional charge of MD/CEO, Mass Rapid Transit Corporation, Jammu and MD/CEO, Srinagar Metro Rail Transport Corporation, shall also hold the charge of Vice-Chairman, Jammu Development Authority, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Amit Sharma, KAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is posted as Administrator, Associated Hospitals, Jammu.
Mohammad Akbar Wani, KAS, Secretary, J&K Water Resources Regulatory Authority, is transferred and posted as Member, J&K Services Selection Board.
Rifat Arif, KAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department, under orders of transfer as Director, Command Area Development, Kashmir, shall continue as Special Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department.
Vivek Sharma, KAS, Member, J&K Services Selection Board, is transferred and posted as Director, Animal Husbandry, Jammu.
Smita Sethi, KAS, Administrator, Associated Hospitals, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Director, Command Area Development, Jammu, against an available vacancy.

Mohammad Rafi, KAS, Chief Executive Officer, Integrated Water-shed Management Programme, is transferred and posted as Director, Panchayati Raj, J&K. He shall continue to hold the charge of Chief Executive Officer, Integrated Water-shed Management Programme, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Mussarat-ul-Islam, KAS, awaiting orders of adjustment, is posted as Director, Handicrafts, J&K.
Inderjeet, KAS, Director, Handicrafts, J&K, is transferred and posted as Director, Agriculture, Jammu.
Vikas Sharma, KAS, Vice-Chairman, Jammu Development Authority, is transferred and posted as Director, Geology and Mining, J&K, vice Farooq Ahmad Khan, who shall report to the Industries & Commerce Department.
Mushtaq Ahmad, KAS, Director, Tribal Affairs, J&K, is transferred and posted as Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Jammu.
Mohammad Saleem, KAS, Additional District Development Commissioner, Shopian, is transferred and posted as Director, Tribal Affairs,
Pritam Lai Atri, KAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is posted as Member, J&K Services Selection Board.
Rishpal Singh, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Additional Inspector General of Registration, Jammu, relieving Rakesh Kumar Srangal, KAS, Additional Commissioner in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Jammu of the additional charge of the post.
Tassaduq Hussain Mir, KAS, Additional Commissioner in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Srinagar, shall hold the charge of the post of Director, Command Area Development, Kashmir, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Tilak Raj Sharma, KAS, Additional Secretary to the Government, HospitaOity & Protocol' and Civil Aviation Departments, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Department.
Kanta Devi, KAS, Joint Director, Hand loom, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Deputy Labour Commissioner, Jammu.
Pankaj Kumar Sharma, KAS, Deputy Excise Commissioner (Distilleries), Jammu, is transferred and posted as Deputy Excise Commissioner, Toll Post, Lakhanpur.
Mohammad Ashraf Hakak, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Awantipora, is transferred and posted as Officer on Special Duty with Advisor o/^ (F) to the Lieutenant Governor.
Shahnaz Akhter, KAS, Deputy Labour Commissiorner, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, State Taxes, Appeals-I, Jammu headquartered at Jammu.
Mohammad Latif, KAS, Joint Director, Education, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Animal and Sheep Husbandry Department.
Pardeep Singh, KAS, Deputy Excise Commissioner, Toll Post, Lakhanpur, is transferred and posted as Joint Director, Handloom, Jammu.
Ramjit Singh, KAS, Deputy Commissioner, State Taxes, Appeals-I, Jammu headquartered at Jammu, is transferred and posted as Deputy Excise Commissioner (Distilleries}, Jammu.
Showkat Mehmood, KAS, Joint Director, Tourism, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Joint Director, School Education, Jammu.
Sunil Kumar, KAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction.
Satish Kumar, KAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate (North), Jammu, shall hold the charge of Additional Chief Executive Officer, Smart City, Jammu, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Hitesh Gupta, KAS, Secretary, Jammu Tawi Golf Course, is transferred and posted as Collector, Land Acquisition, Public Works (R&B), Jammu,relieving Ms. Ashtma Sheer, KAS, Collector, Land Acquisition, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control, Jammu of the additional charge of the post.
Ajaz Qesar Malik, KAS, Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Jammu, is transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Ghagwal, vice Ritu Mahajan, KAS, who shall report to the General Administration Department for further posting.
Lai Chand, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is posted as Secretary, Jammu Tawi Golf Course.
